Album Info: | My parents and my sister wanted to go see the Mass Moca museum in North Adams, Mass. I took this as a great opportunity to go down to the Pan Am tracks, So instead of wondering through this abandoned wear-house full of "Art" i started to walk down to the tracks with py camera. I was 3/4ths of the way to the tracks when i heard a horn, i thought it might be MOAY wich i usually see durring the After~oon between 2:00 and 4:00. At any rate, i booked it over to the Pedestrian bridge that crosses right before the "Mini Hoosac" and got there just in the nic-of-time to watch Guilford #332 and Pas #608 accelerate their train of OMYA tanks, most likely destined for Hoosic Junction. i did the best i could in such a rushed situation, and managed to get a fe pictures. After that not to push my luck i went and hung out by the Pan Am offices in NA, to possibly see another train, it didn't happen, so i just snagged a few photos of a few MEC and B&M Loaded balast cars, in a siding at North Adams, not a bad afternoon! |
